Thermal Binding System

The SB40 Binds documents to a maximum of 300 sheets or it can bind eight documents of 18 sheets at once.
It is very simple to operate, economical to use, and up to eight times faster than Punch bind systems, it binds one or
several documents in one 40 second process. The result is a "perfect" bound document of good book like appearance.

SB40	Creative Presentation covers are compatible with most thermal Binding systems. No pressure required. Individual sheets can be added or deleted. A fold back in each cover enables documents to open flat. Can bind from 2 to 400 sheets. Wide range of cover types available.

Creative Presentation thermal Covers are supplied ready to use with a preformed channel of adhesive in the spine.

When heated the adhesive is drawn up into the fibres of each page ensuring that each page is individually bound.
(Some coated papers may give less than optimum results). We have covers available in all popular formats up to A3
facing page size with spine widths to accommodate from 2 to 400 sheets of 80 gsm paper.

There is a wide choice of channel covers available ex stock or personalised to enhance your company literature and
give it maximum impact. Thermal covers are available in A5, A4 and A3 sizes.
